Booking Process and FAQ's

The first step in arranging the perfect activity day or activity break is to discuss and look at the various options available. We like to put together a few different options for you to consider, to give you a good idea of what can be arranged for you.

You can pick and mix from different options or amend them completely. We will customise the package until it's exactly as you want it.

Once your happy with the package we will provisionally book the package for you and email or post you a booking form. To secure your booking you will need to return the completed booking form to us with a deposit or full payment (if it's a short notice booking). The remaining balance is needed at least 2 weeks before the date.

Once all the final details are arranged and balances are paid we will send you an activity pack, which will contain all the information you will need for your trip, including addresses, booking references, what to wear for activities and most importantly detailed directions to each venue.

Because we know the area, we provide directions which include local landmarks and that are easy to follow. If we're not sure on one of the routes, we will actually go and check it out.

Changing the number of people taking part can sometimes alter the costs and possibly change arrangements. If they do change, just let us know as soon as possible and we will try and be as flexible as possible.

The package travel regulations require deposits and pre-payments for packages to be held in a client deposit account. All payments made to us are held in such an account which is separate to our actual business trading account. Only when the package has taken place, do the payments get transferred to our trading account. This safeguards your payments.

Feedback from clients is very important to us, whether it's positive or negative. It helps us to amend or make changes to the products and services we provide, so we can keep on improving what we offer.

Ways to Pay

You can make payments to us by cheque, card or bank transfer. There is no charge for using a debit card, but there is a 2% charge for using a credit card. Your card details are not kept, we destroy them once the payment has been made.
